Our teachers, staff and students are not technical.

Sign-in is by SMS code or username and password, and the interface works like a simple app. Training admins and teachers is part of setup.

Our students don't have mobile numbers.

In the School edition, students sign in with a username or national ID and a password; any one-time code goes to a parent's mobile.

Where is our data stored?

Every customer has a separate instance and database, with automatic daily backups. Installing on your own servers is also possible.

If we ever leave, are we locked in?

No. You can export users, grades, reports and transactions to Excel. The data is yours, not ours.

What's the difference between the School and Organisation editions?

They share the same core. The School edition adds school administration: academic years, weekly timetables, attendance, gradebook, term and monthly report cards, a parent portal and a comprehensive question bank. The Organisation edition is built for university courses, employee training and selling courses, with certificates, online sales and organisational reporting.

How much does Yadino cost?

Pricing is published on the pricing page. The School edition is priced per student for the whole academic year, and the Organisation edition is a fixed monthly subscription; online classes for organisations are priced per person per month.

Do online classes cost extra?

In the School edition, online classes are included in the Advanced plan. In the Organisation edition, online classes are added to either plan and priced per person per month.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Yadino is an installable web app (PWA); it installs on iPhone and Android without an app store and sends notifications.
