What is Yadino?
A dedicated online learning platform (LMS) under your brand, in two editions: a School edition with timetables, attendance, gradebook, report cards and a parent portal; and a University & Organisation edition with courses, interactive video, exams, certificates and course sales. Online classes are built in.
Who is it for?
Schools use the School edition; universities, companies, training centres and cultural and educational institutes use the Organisation edition.
Is there a demo?
Yes. A guided demo with a specialist is free, and we show the platform using your own school's or organisation's scenario.
What does the School edition include?
Academic years and weekly timetables, attendance, gradebook, term, annual and monthly report cards, teacher, student and parent portals, a comprehensive question bank, online exams, homework and written exam papers with your school letterhead.
How do students without a mobile number sign in?
With a username or national ID and a password. If a one-time code is needed, it goes to the father's or mother's mobile.
How do we import student data?
With one Excel file; classes and parent accounts are created automatically.
How is the School edition priced?
Per student, for the whole academic year, on two plans: Basic, and Advanced with online classes. The comprehensive question bank is on both.
How is the University & Organisation edition priced?
A fixed monthly subscription on two plans: Basic, and Advanced with video streaming. Online classes are priced per person per month, with a lower price above 100 people.
Do you offer formal contracts and invoices?
Yes. We issue formal quotes and invoices and support organisations' procurement and tender processes.
Can it be installed on our servers?
Yes. By default your instance runs on Yadino's infrastructure, and installing on your own servers is possible by arrangement.
Is there a mobile app?
Yadino is an installable web app (PWA) that installs on iOS and Android without an app store.
Is our data separate?
Yes. Every customer has a completely separate instance and database.
Can we migrate from Moodle?
Yes, with the Yadino export plugin. The migration assessment is free and the migration fee is quoted afterwards.
Will our work stop during migration?
No. Both platforms run side by side until you're sure.
Do we need to install software?
No, classes run in desktop and phone browsers.
Which plans include online classes?
In the School edition, the Advanced plan. In the Organisation edition, online classes are added to either plan and priced per person per month.
Is online class attendance recorded?
Yes. Each person's attendance percentage is measured against the real session length and appears in course reports and, in the School edition, as attendance suggestions.
